We collect the information you provide to us, including photos and media you upload.

When you make a purchase, we automatically create an account for you using the email address provided to our payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive full credit card numbers.

We collect technical data such as device/browser info, log data, usage events, and diagnostics to operate, secure, and improve the service.

To provide the service: processing uploads, generating outputs, supporting your account, and delivering features you request.

To maintain and improve: debugging, analytics, quality checks, fraud and abuse prevention, and service reliability.

To communicate: transactional notices, abandoned cart reminders, service updates, and—where permitted—marketing and product tips. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

We process uploads to generate outputs you request. We do not sell your photos.

We store uploads only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may request deletion of specific uploads; we will also delete them when they are no longer needed for the stated purposes.

Vendors and subprocessors: cloud hosting, storage, analytics, monitoring, and payment processing, used only to deliver and improve the service.

Legal and safety: if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to prevent harm, fraud, or security incidents.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard data (encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring). No method is 100% secure; please notify us of any suspected incident.

We will respond to rights requests consistent with applicable law. Additional verification may be required.

• Access, update, or delete certain information (subject to legal limits).
• Request deletion of specific uploads and outputs.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

TimeLens is not directed to or intended for children under 18. Do not use the service or upload content involving minors without appropriate rights and permissions.

Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our vendors operate. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate protections for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
