Terms of Service

By accessing TimeLens you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into contracts. Do not upload content you do not own or that you lack permission to use. You will not use TimeLens for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purposes.

• No uploads that violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• No harmful code, spam, or attempts to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the service.
• No use for deepfakes, non-consensual content, or deceptive/defamatory material.

You retain ownership of the photos and media you upload. You grant TimeLens a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, modify, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service (for example, processing, restoration, previews, and troubleshooting).

AI-generated outputs may not be perfect or accurate and can vary from input to input. Verify outputs before relying on them. Do not represent outputs as authentic depictions of real events without disclosure.

Certain features may require payment. Prices and inclusions will be shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe); their terms and policies apply.

Unless a specific refund policy is displayed at purchase, all sales are final. Where required by law we will honor applicable refund rights. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information. By using TimeLens you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method is 100% secure. Notify us promptly of any suspected breach or unauthorized access.

The TimeLens service, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Except for your content, all rights are reserved. Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our service except as allowed by these Terms.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with details of the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and your statement of good-faith belief. We may remove content and may terminate repeat infringers.

We rely on vendors (e.g., cloud providers, payment processors) to deliver the service. Their terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

TimeLens is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeLens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amounts you paid to us for the service in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify TimeLens against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the service ends, but certain sections (e.g., limitations of liability, indemnity) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
